Hollie Frazer MAR is a mobile Complementary Therapist based in Great Blakenham, offering women’s treatments to Ipswich, Mid and East Suffolk.
After the birth of her youngest, Hollie decided to make a career of her own in order to have flexibility for family and work life. Having had an interest in health, nutrition, and holistic medicine for many years, and a passion for helping people through her previous role at a charity foundation; she set out to learn and practice in holistic therapies – the perfect vocation to apply herself.

Hollie started Holistics with Hollie in January 2023, a mobile service to offer her skills in reflexology to clients in the comfort of their homes; providing a calming escape from the hustle and bustle of every day life, while receiving the positive effects of their chosen treatments.
By visiting clients in their homes, Hollie brings the treatment room to you. All you need to do is be at home at your appointment time, with a quiet space to sit in her Lafuma chair – meaning that afterwards you can continue to relax and benefit from your treatment without needing to travel. With flexible availability, Hollie offers treatment times during the day and evening, so you can choose a time that suits your schedule.
What if you work in an office? No problem! If your workplace has a quiet room, Hollie is able to visit you for a lunch time treatment, refreshing you for the afternoon ahead.
So what qualifies Hollie?
Hollie qualified as a Reflexologist with ATA Beauty Advanced Training in Stowmarket, achieving a Level 3 Diploma in Reflexology. The course comprised of 49 face to face learning hours, 100 case studies and three practical assessments. This met the requirements of the Association of Reflexologists (AoR), of which she is a member. She was also required to complete an Anatomy, Physiology and Pathology qualification as part of her reflexology training.
To further her offering, Hollie has since completed courses in Aroma Reflexology and Facial Reflexology – also with ATA Beauty. She qualified in Crystal Reflexology, enabling her to bring a lifelong interest in crystal properties and benefits into her practice.
