Frequently Asked Questions

I get asked many questions about my reflexology and acupuncture treatments, some more frequently than others. Below are some common questions that I am asked. If you have any questions not answered here, please get in touch with me for a friendly chat!

A foot reflexology treatment works on the ankles and bottom of the lower leg so it is advisable to wear clothing that can be rolled up easily.

Please ensure you remove any make up and necklaces before your appointment, and avoid wearing high necked tops as your treatment includes work on your neck down to your collarbone.

Please ensure there is space to recline my lafuma chair and sit a stool at the end. The chair is a similar length to a garden recliner.

It is possible to adapt the set up to a recliner or using a footstool. Please contact me to discuss how I can help you.

I bring all of the equipment and supplies needed. All I ask is for hand washing facilities to be available for use before and after your treatment. You may like to have a blanket to hand to put over yourself during your treatment if you feel the cold or for extra comfort.

Yes, if there is a quiet room available and access to hand washing facilities.
