Facial Reflexology Treatment

Facial reflexology is a relaxing treatment which involves putting pressure on acupuncture points on the face. This removes qi blockages in the meridians and improves the flow of energy. Regular stimulation of face reflex points can improve circulation and remove wrinkles, resulting in a more youthful appearance. It can also be used for relaxation and to increase wellbeing.

Please ensure you remove any make up and necklaces before your appointment, and avoid wearing high necked tops as your treatment includes work on your neck down to your collarbone. This removes any qi blockages in this area, enabling blockages to clear from the face.

Luxury Facial Reflexology

A luxury facial reflexology treatment combines the standard facial reflexology treatment with the use of a high quality cleanser, toner and moisturiser, as well as a face mask, to further benefit the skin. This is the perfect way to indulge yourself, and makes a unique gift for a loved one.

Your Facial Reflexology Appointment

Your Holistics with Hollie appointment will begin with a 15 minute consultation. We will discuss your general health, lifestyle and any conditions you would like me to focus on. This enables me to adapt your facial reflexology treatment to benefit you the most.

Reflexology is not suitable for certain conditions, and sometimes certain reflexes will be avoided.

After your consultation, you will be invited to take a seat in my Lafuma reflexology chair, which will then be reclined for your comfort. A soft headband will be provided to protect your hair and keep it away from your face. Next, I will wash my hands before starting your treatment. You will be able to choose either Neals Yard Rejuvenating Frankincense Facial Oil or Jojoba Oil to be applied to your face. It is recommended to remove any facial make-up before your treatment.

During your treatment, I will use a combination of my hands, rose quartz rollers and a reflexology pen to stimulate the reflexes and clear any qi blockages. The rose quartz rollers can also be chilled prior to your treatment for maximum benefit, but do naturally feel cold on your skin.

Your treatment will last around 30 minutes. You will be provided with an aftercare leaflet at the end of your session to help maximise the benefits of your reflexology treatment.
