Relax fully by wearing your most comfortable clothes – joggers and pyjamas are totally acceptable! Add to the comfort with a favourite blanket and slippers.

Calming music

Save the disco beats for the dance floor – it’s time to put on some laid back tunes. Ambient music is also a great way to get into a relaxed state of mind, I particularly enjoy unwinding with this Sakura playlist.

White candle in a jar next to quartz crystal

Scented candles

If you can think of a scent, there’s probably a candle or wax melt for it! Filling the room with a favourite fragrance or a gentle aroma such as lavender, chamomile, or vanilla can calm your senses and enhance your relaxation.

Wooden table lamp next to wall with fairy lights hanging

Cosy ambience

Draw the curtains and opt for dim lighting, such as a table lamp – you could even complement with fairy lights for a magical atmosphere. Ensure the room is a comfortable temperature and you’ll be all set!
