You, and up to five friends, will each be able to choose from a refreshing 20 minute foot, hand or facial reflexology treatment.
I’ll bring all the equipment necessary for your treatments, the rest of the evening is up to you!

Chilled water is a cool, refreshing drink already, and an added fruity twist brings natural flavour with extra health benefits. Take your water to the next level with this selection of infusion recipes.

Tasty treats
An evening of wellness and indulgence wouldn’t be complete without healthy snacks! A satisfying alternative to nibbles, with a little preparation you can have a tasty spread – here’s some sweet and savoury ideas to get your mouth watering!

Face masks
Give your face the love it deserves with natural homemade face masks. With recipes for a range of different properties, your skin can benefit from simple ingredients you may already have in the cupboard or fridge!

Comfy clothes
Relax fully by wearing your most comfortable clothes – joggers and pyjamas are totally acceptable! Add to the comfort with a favourite blanket and slippers.
